Amazing Company Gearing Up for Big Things

    Pros

There are so many good things to say about Adap.tv its hard to know where to start. While the benefits, free catered lunches, and free snacks are great, the best thing about Adap.tv is the challenge. Every day you walk int othe office you are expected and encouranged to crush it. It forces you to be on top of your game. This is a good thing. If you can't learn at work then you should move on. Adap.tv not only encourages you to do your best but gives you the tools and mentoring to get there.

    Cons

I really can't think of too many bad things to say. Sure, the company is growing quick and some of the newest hires are not on top of their game but this is a culture that does not tolerate nonsense and slackers for too long and it will all be sorted out for the better soon enuough.

My only suggestion to people looking to join the team is be prepared to give it your all. If you enjoy an easy time and slacking off this is not the company for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Double down on the engineering team. Do whatever is needed to get the right talent in.
    2. Encourage and promote more team building activities. (Happy Hours are a good start)
    3. Intensify the training of the new recruits.
