I worked at Adecco as a contractor (more than an year)

Pros

GE was an outstanding company at which to work. Great people, growth and challenging assignments.

Cons

As the employer, ADECCO Staffing was terrible. Sometimes I was paid a week or more late. They put you in the job and ignore you.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Somehow work into the hourly wage a week of vacation. I did not miss a single day of work during my contract because I could not afford to be off. However, I do think my performance would have been optimized with a day or two off here and there during the year.

I worked at Adecco full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Decent Pay. not much more i can say about it.

    Cons

The benefits are the worst i've ever heard of. The cost for family insurance was $260 a week, with a MAXIMUM of $1500 for outpatient surgery coverage.

Meaning in 2 months you pay more than they will pay for coverage. If you want the better coverage, it's $400 a week.

No sick time, No vacation time.

I was contracted out to another company by Adecco, in the 18 months i heard from Adecco one time. very poor communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get better Health Insurance.
