Pros

You can learn a lot about the digital industry. It's a good entrance point into the industry. Take out of the experience what you can and move on before you get fired.

Cons

They can't seem to get it together. They have gone through more firings than any company I've come across. Everyone walks on egg shells, thinking they're next so they quit. It doesn't matter how hard you've worked, if they are not making revenue....the firings begin!! The problem isn't the "little people" (who are the subjects to their constant firing), the problem is MANAGEMENT. Executive Management has A LOT to be desired with the exception of a few. They will never be a "Next Google" as they claim (and still claim even though that was an article written about 7 years ago). THIS IS NOT A CAREER COMPANY.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop firing people because you think it's them causing your problems and that will fix it all. Reevaluate your management and make this company a pleasant and stable company that anyone would be proud to work for. Your company is now considered a joke in the industry. What was once run by exceptional management, is now run by a bunch of clowns who generally party too much.

I have been working at Adknowledge full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good resources, awesome technology, great benefits, easy culture, supportive teams.

    Cons

Some of the technology is so complex that it is difficult to stray from established paths without some effort. Some people (few) are just punching the clock and/or doing what they have always done including generating reports but aren't evolving further nor using the reports to generate hypothesis for improvement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are 90% running an awesome ship - find the existing top revenue areas or potential top revenue areas and try to weed out that 10% that is keeping you from achieving the maximum performance you could be.
