Pros

Challenging work, get to work with latest technologies and methodologies, lunch provided a few times a week

Cons

The type of work the Apps business does may not sit well with certain people. Seemed that not all people shared in the companies success.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide training to managers who are new to the position. Make sure you make it hard for talented people to leave.

I have been working at Adknowledge full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I wish there was actually one pro I could say about this company, unfortunately there is not. This is not a place you want to work at

    Cons

Management is all about themselves and care so little about the employees, the decision that they make are based on what is good for them and only them. The fear factor (losing your job) is something they practice everyday!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect your employees and reward them and not yourself for a job well done!
