Too conservitive, a leader in the PEO space, but it won't be for too many more years. Unwilling to make the investment necessary to become a large professional company. Management is very haphazard and entrepenuriel - which equates to no long-term strategy and poor communication across business units. Very siloed.

Advice to Senior Management

Look long-term and be willing to make bold moves to beat ADP and Paychex. Make the investment in technology that is necessary to become an HRO leader for the next 10 years. Also, stop buying software companies - service is your core competency and not software development.
