Pros

Great benefits, company has average amount of potential. Focused on growth.

Cons

Talented people have no room to move up. Career progression is virtually non-existent. Younger generations are used and not respected. Incompetent people are promoted to manager and specialist positions and then management wonders why clients are upset that service cannot understand their business. Change is not communicated effectively - rumors are spread and employees are told by upper management to keep it quiet until news comes out.

Advice to Senior Management

Look at those underneath you - I reflect the sentiment of the other review posted. There is a lot of talent that they will lose to competitors because they do not respect their people and do not pay them what they are worth - not to mention they do not give talented people any room to grow and move in the company.
