I have been working at Admiral Beverage full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The employees make this place a good place to work, but this can never a career choice.

    Cons

Management does not value the experience of their employees
Management does not want to allow their employees to be responsible for the work they do.
Management expects the staff to work unfathomable hours, but does not want to hire enough staff to fill the vacancies. The management team as whole does not believe the market is changing, they view the market place in a 2007-2008 model. This is now 2013, times have changed and the management needs to change with the times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give the staff the ability to help guide the company forward into the future. Do not be afraid to give responsibility to all of the employees not just those "deemed" worthy. The separation of staff or departments should be removed as the staff works for Wyoming Beverage, not you work for manager x so you cannot get more than x amount of dollars. You work for Manager Y and you can get pay raise after pay raise because you have a CDL.
