“Great colleagues, amazing products, wonderful customers, meat-grinder workload”
Current Employee – been working at Adobe
Pros – Collaborative, supportive co-workers, the opportunity to work on market-leading products, flexibility on time/working from home.
Cons – Constant reorganization churn, way too many middle managers, poor opportunities for advancement, overwhelming workload. Focus is on management the company for the street, as a result, the focus on product innovation and quality is suffering.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop rewarding the ability to "manage up."
