“Overall pretty good with some caveats.”
Current Employee – been working at Adobe
Pros – Relatively ethicial place with nice people. Products for the most part are great and have passionate users. Facilities and perks are great.
Cons – Hard to move up the ladder. Senior leadership not very communicative about company plans. Consensus based culture is impediment to working in an agile and efficient manner.
Advice to Senior Management – Reward employees who work hard and are loyal!
