I have been working at Adobe full-time

    Pros

9-5 job, lots of collaboration and sharing of ideas, benefits are great (healthcare, wellness benefit, etc)

    Cons

raises are small, hard to move up in title, lots of collaboration can also be frustrating, change happens slowly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

find the right balance between too much decentralization and autonomy and a little bit more top down control over certain areas (finance, security, etc)

    No opinion of CEO
