Great people, great work life balance

ProsIt is what you make of it. If your a victim, you'll be victimized. If you stand up for yourself and your quality of life, the flexibility is there and is great.
There are lots of opportunities for internal job change.

ConsIf you have a jerk manager, as anywhere, it's hell.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe CEO (Shant N) is folksy and talks about his kids instead of business.
