Forward-thinking, innovative company, but a bit sluggish and held down by its old ways

I have been working at Adobe as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

It is a fantastic company. They benefits are great, the culture is great, and they put out indisputably best creative products.

The management is pretty smart, and have innovated in new areas that have helped drive profits and innovation.

Very laid back atmosphere, work/life balance is very good, they are flexible as to where and when you work.

    Cons

Some groups are terrified of having all their jobs shipped off to India. Others are that the company is pretty old and is weighed down by having so many products that it is hard to have consistant experiences.

SJ office is pretty boring and corporate, but the SF office is awesome. Work there if you can!
