Adobe Computer Scientist in San Jose, CA: (Current Employee)

Pros

Overall environment is very friendly and consensus driven. Adobe really cares about it's employees. And, great technology!! Lots of good interaction between people. People are very friendly and willing to share information, help each other etc.

Cons

Adobe is not immune from current economic environment. Some BU's better than others.
