I have been working at Adobe full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Brand
    Travel opportunities
    Networking with talented people
    Ability to learn cool things

    Cons

    Management
    Promotional opportunities
    Salary below market level
    Politics
Becoming a "machine" - very corporate, lack of decision-making capabilities, operationally a mess
    Annual "restructure" is very morale-sapping

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value people for their performance, not on subjective factors. HR needs to have their finger on the pulse of it's senior managers - too much of a brain drain happening and HR nor senior management do not have the capability to stop top talent from leaving

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
