Pros

Cool atmosphere, cool benis, Cool events. It has to be or the cons can easily over weigh this.

Cons

Politics and process. While "Process yields predictable results", The amount of process can be nauseating. If you love sitting in meetings, you can sit in meetings for hours and hours.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are some mighty fine folks at Adobe. There are some that are simply terrible. Weed out the ones that you know are bad apples. Performance matters. If the employee is an individual contributor, don't be afraid to promote.
