- Good pay across the board
- smart people and great coworkers
- good work life balance
- interesting and creative work

Cons

- People stay for a long time so difficult to get promoted
- San jose office is not as collaborative as san francisco

Determine ways to incentivize younger employees to stay and grow in their current positions

    Pros

    The company truly cares about its employees. The perks and benefits are the best I've had at any job!

    Cons

    Poor management. Some of the senior to mid level managers put undue pressure on their employees, and are not strategic enough.

    Pros

    Great technology , Great pre sales teams across the globe , amazing presales training ,

    Cons

    Stuck in the shrinkwrap business , human resources does not have your back, unfair hiring practices , every November you wonder if your team will be around - layoff. They stack rank their people based on relationship, They will put you on plan so as to replace you with a buddy and avoid any layoff HR Rules of rehire

    Change your HR department , Focus on SaaS , and take some risks
