    I worked at Adobe

    Pros

Good salaries and benefits. Nice campus with cafeteria, cafe and fitness center. Employee software purchase program is popular with family and friends.

    Cons

Heavy on the management side, Adobe has become unmanageable. There are too many reporting layers and bureaucracy. No trust in upper management, too many managers out for them self. The good visionaries have all cashed in and left the company. Only a few strong technical people left.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut down on the management. Listen to the few smart people that still work there.

I have been working at Adobe

    Pros

Awesome products, Cool graphics, People like us.

    Cons

    Benefit changes last year
    Loss of Profit Sharing
    Lack of Enterprise focus

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great place to work, but it is becoming a more difficult place to stay with benefit cuts last year
-10% (on average) with profit sharing
    -Car allowance
    -PTO
All that really does add up and a 5% raise doesn't come close to making up the difference.
