Former Employee – worked at Adrian College

Pros – - small college, smaller class sizes
- excellent benefit package
- Very nice people to work with

Cons – - pay was on the low side but was compensated for by the benefit package
- Adrian is a very small town with little to do

Advice to Senior Management – It would have been nice to have more departmental meetings and to have the chance to speak with the assistant dean and dean of academic affairs more often about concern and job related issues.
