“some great work, very demanding with little pay”
Former Employee – worked at Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill
Pros – At the time great project were happening in the office.
Cons – horrible management of employees required to work 70+ hours a week with little or no appreciation. Company would hire new people and three days later lay off other because they couldn't support the work. (Why hire any more at all?)
Advice to Senior Management – rethink of the values of your firm. a good group of employees can make a project even better.
