Pros

You get every Sunday off, and all of your co-workers are
great to work with, centers managers make the days fun
and enjoyable.

Cons

Upper management believes that they can get more work out of
employs by was of insult and mind games.
there is a lake of communication your told to do something one
way and then when your audited your marked wrong and are
asked who told you to do it that way and when you answer,
"You told me to do it this way last time you were here." and in
turn it is denied with a chuckle and the falling statement "I
would never lead you in shush a wrong direction you must be
mistaken."
there is an felling of doom and gloom that you will be
loosing your job at any given time with statement such as "We
really don't want to close down this center, or If anyone is
going to be let go it will be you before any of us."
When you try bring up a concern about something that means a
lot to you, such as something that can be improved it is shrugged
off with a chuckle and a statement such as, "We’re all adults
her group up and live with it." or "We are upper management
and we can do what ever we want."

Advice to Senior Management

I fell that upper management should let you know when you have done a good job it would go along way for employ moral.
