Pros

It is a company that overall shows respect and appreciation for and to it's employees. Things are changing somewhat with the economy but not as much as some companies that are shutting their doors. I'm very thankful to be working when I see how many others are out of work. Our company is a very family focused operation. To have time off most of the time is a simple phone call to my DDO (Divisional Director of Operations), in 5 years I've never been denied. The company sends you a certificate every year on your anniversary date and a personal email on your birthday. Overall it's the BEST company I have worked for.

Cons

Public opinion...or those who don't know the workings and how our company tries to be a friend to our customers. We are perceived on some fronts as being loan sharks, but really our company does it's best to teach our customers how to be responsible with their finances and not to allow this to become a way of life for them.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen a little more intently to it's field personnel. Not everything coming from them is a complaint
