Pros
A good paying job if you live in the area of the corporate office. It WAS a growth industry, but not now.
Cons
A dying business idea. States are outlawing this practice. Management will choke the last penny out before bailing out.
Advice to Senior Management
Promote the business in states where you're welcomed. Get out where you're not wanted.
