I worked at Advantage Resourcing as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

The recruiter work together on the assignments, so if you are assigned to one person and another finds a job you like, you can apply to any jobs obtained by that office; online timecards

    Cons

No control over an assignment that wants many workers at one time, but dismisses them midday for multiple weeks at a time.

I have been working at Advantage Resourcing

    Pros

Excellent management, always have work, easily obtain 40 hrs and overtime, very respectable staff , usually give you adequate notification of new assignments.

    Cons

Low paying jobs, very hard labor for the little pay per hour, some of the job managers try to make an example out of temps, no stability or benefits, hard to get full time hiring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Double and triple check some of these jobs you send us to, try to get better paying jobs, look to advance us to full time rather than keep us working job to job, offer benefits.
