It's easy to work with them.

If you are looking for high end jobs they can't provide this type of opportunity.

    The staffing consultants are really professional, when it comes there clients.

    Cons

    Sometimes it can become vey difficult to get a consultant.

    Pros

    The people, the recruiters are very supportive, team atmosphere and sharing recruiting best practices, great people.

    Cons

    Poor management, they only hire contract recruiters and provide very little direction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look at your own best practices and your managers style of managing. Actually go into your recruiting offices and see what is going on.
