Current Employee – been working at Advantage Sales and Marketing
Pros – Flexible working hours
Management is good if you try to communicate with them
Good online system to keep track of your hours and when you work
Cons – Promotion seems lacking
Standing around at slow store makes the day goes by really slow
Will be hard on your knee
Advice to Senior Management – Management should recognize hard worker and follow through when say that they will seek opportunity for promotion. Payroll need to update pay increase faster.
