I have been working at Advantage Sales and Marketing full-time for less than a year

Pros – ASM provided a great opportunity to work with a great product lineup in a positive, potentially stimulating work environment that provided challenges and great relationship building opportunities.

Cons – Lack of management experience in creating specific account relationships created a tense, adversarial environment that led to deception and unfulfilled expectations.

Advice to Senior Management – Understand the relationship dynamics between accounts so that all involved have complete buy-in and understand the objectives of the sales floor to create a successful positive work environment.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
