I have been working at Advantage Sales and Marketing full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

decent pay, good benefits, flexibility is waning quick

    Cons

Big brother is watching you at every minute, there is absolutely not trust whatsoever on the part of ASM. I feel like I am back in elementary school the way they tell you to walk, talk, dress. The
GPS is watching your every move. And now they will not contribute to your 401K until the end of the year so they can keep their money. What a shame that they have great employees but don't treat them like great employees. If I would start being treated like I am a grown adult and not monitored at every second I might like this job again like when I was hired several years ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat us like adults not prisoners.

I worked at Advantage Sales and Marketing full-time

    Pros

The guaranteed 40 hours Monday to Friday shift. Very nice people working in the stores that I visited. Working alone.

    Cons

Having boxes coming to my house and having to keep POS in my car all the time. The job was sales focused and nothing to do with merchandising. Pushing cardboard displays was horrible and the stores didn't want them. But that was our focus and management pushed and pushed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to work with others. There's a lot of merchandising companies that are much better.
