    Pros

    Everyone I've met in this company is very outgoing and friendly. I have learned a lot about the CPG Industry our clients and customers from working retail and working in the office.

    Cons

    Spend a lot of time doing retail, but it helps you establish a strong foundation for new product roll out and other important sales decisions, which will be beneficial down the road.
