Pros

The LDA programs gives an individual a chance to learn about the CPG industry, they are teamwork driven environment, they provide helpful and positive feedback, and management wants you to succeed and work your way up in the company. There is so much room for growth.

Cons

The only cons about the LDA program is you are working at the bottom. However, they do not take advantage of this situation and you do learn from every task given.

    Pros

    -Incredible support from top-level executives.
-Exposure to key areas of the business.
-Team projects that contribute to one's ability to work with people.
    -Recognition when deserved.

    Cons

-Workload can be overwhelming at times. Yet nothing to not be able to handle.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. From personal experience, I work with a set of managers who equally contribute to my success and career growth as someone who recently graduated and had little to no knowledge of the industry.

    Pros

    Not living close to supervisor

    Cons

Poor management, back-stabbers, don't care about employees, they hire people that don't know what they are doing or how to supervise, very little chance for advancement (and who would want to), pushy, keep taking away benefits from employees, never give employees warnings if something is wrong (they just fire you and always for misconduct), they only like employees that are willing to be "Yes" people with no backbone.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of management clear up at the top and start thinking more about the people that work for you. The more you take and more disrespect you will get. Time for a union to step in.
