No growth opportunity, Merchandisers beware.

Retail Reset Merchandiser (Former Employee)
San Diego, CA

I worked at Advantage Sales and Marketing part-time for more than 8 years

ProsFlexible, good for a second job to fill in hours with your other and better job that's to say that you have one.

ConsNo raises, no promotions, crappy attitude from employees, no recognition, don't expect this to be a career cause you could probably have a better time working at McDonalds. You gotta buy your own supplies (pens, pencils, tape measures, etc.) This job will wear out your knees if you dont have knee pads which the company wont provide.

Advice to Senior ManagementMoney grubbers lining the pockets of higher ups. Merchandisers do all the hard work and get paid moot. Something really wrong with a company when it ignores their employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
