I have been working at Advantage Sales and Marketing part-time (more than 3 years)


Good co-workers and regular customers.


Managers play "favorites" as far as scheduling, no raises, poor insurance, not enough work, new hires when not enough work to keep current employees busy, cut in hours when requesting day off, No proof of company paying incentives, boring at times.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees with respect and consideration. Get rid of managers that are unfair and have personal relationships with employees. Reward employees that meet sales goals. Give raises.Corporate needs to ask employees their opinions of their current managers and district managers to find out what goes on.
