Screws employees

Event Specialist (Current Employee)

ProsGood co-workers and regular customers.

ConsManagers play "favorites" as far as scheduling, no raises, poor insurance, not enough work, new hires when not enough work to keep current employees busy, cut in hours when requesting day off, No proof of company paying incentives, boring at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees with respect and consideration. Get rid of managers that are unfair and have personal relationships with employees. Reward employees that meet sales goals. Give raises.Corporate needs to ask employees their opinions of their current managers and district managers to find out what goes on.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
