Great Company to work for if you are just starting off in your career

I have been working at Advisory Board

ProsThere is always a learning curve (many opportunities to grow in and out of your current role), young work environment

Conscompensation is not that great (but benefits are pretty good relative to other places), lots of turnover (internal and external movement), high stress and very demanding at times

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to do a better job engaging with lower level staff and provide better performance incentives

Pros: -Many career development opportunities -Fun, young, vibrant culture -Engaging and intellectually challenging… Cons: -Limited recognition and support from some managers--think this is part of the culture; because managers are never thanked for their hard work no one else… Advice to Senior Management: Recognize employees for their hard work, reward managers who create… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
