In the right role in the right department there's no better place to work.

ProsThere are some very smart people, the reputation and image in the market is stellar. The work is innovative and very interesting.

ConsIt's definitely an "inside baseball" culture. There is a key group at the upper level who are elitist. A lot of very young, inexperienced and immature people in important (not necessarily high level) roles. There can be repercussions to that.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more open to those around you who do not look or act like you - they could have some fantastic things to offer.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
