Masquerades as matured company, but stuck in startup-mode. Not focused, clique culture, sometimes unprofessional, favoritism.

    Great work life balance. Fun work environment. Good perks.

    Cons

    Low pay. More "who you know" than "how you work" to move up.

    Stick to meritocracy. Pay your support staff a survivable wage.

    impact on the organization is directly proportional to efforts

    managers are new and lots of alpha personalities. you really need to be hard headed to survive
    not much mentorship
