I have been working at Aegis full-time (less than a year)

Pros

Safe working environment. In house cafeteria. Employee handbook, SOP's. Employee perks.

Cons

Inadequate training. Lack of communication. Need a trainer dedicated to clarify the culture and art of the Aegis/ campaign mission.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need adequate training for an associate to perform at peak to support the campaign/ project goals.

    I have been working at Aegis full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Very friendly company. Easy to move up a few notches on the internal ladder. The pay is not bad for basic customer service or sales experience. Salaried employees fair a bit better with the offered benefits. Management does try really hard to keep employees happy through other various means. Lots of activities, food, et cetera.

    Cons

    As you move up the pay doesn't reflect the expected increase in workload. Benefits are very poor for hourly employees.

    Pros

    If your voice is appealing over the phone & you make sales, expect to get back to back calls & have a steady job.

    Cons

    The company you will work for is Affinion. They partnered with a catalog company so that they could sign people up for reoccuring memberships to things no one will use. After 30 days they'll be charged $34 monthly until they call & cancel.

    Not sure how this company will last if it pisses off or screws over ever customer.
