Former Employee – worked at Aegis Therapy full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Outstanding clinical programs; outcomes; competitive salaries for staff therapists.

Cons – Clinical trainings no longer in person; productivity expectations unrealistic; all about the "numbers".

Advice to Senior Management – Go back to basics...train the staff clinically, set clear, reasonable expectations and reward on true performance and outcomes, not just what the numbers show.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
