Current Employee – been working at AeroGroup

Pros – It is a privately owned "small" company. Aerogroup prides itself in open and honest communication. When you have concerns you can voice them without fear of having any backlash. The benefits package is great. You have vacation, personal time, and sick time. The company also has an ESOP plan and a great 401k plan. They do believe in promoting from within. There are opportunities to move up ( as long as you deserve it). The corporate office is always there for you if you have questions, and are happy to always help.

Cons – High turnover in management in the field and and the upper management level.

Advice to Senior Management – To remember what it is like to work in the field.
