A place to work for a great aviation schedule, but not for monetary compensation.

Current Employee – been working at Aerodynamics

ProsThis job is like an aviation unicorn--day trips only, no weekends or holidays. It is a way to fly and also have a quality home life. Most of the other crew members are easygoing and there isn't a lot of contact with management, so it doesn't feel like you are being critiqued every single minute.

ConsThere is very little room for upward mobility. Upgrading from First Officer to Captain can take years because there is not a lot of turnover among captains (though there is among first officers, which can mean a very heavy workload). Flight Attendants have no where to go in terms of advancement.

Advice to Senior ManagementAlthough ADI Shuttle Group does not control the salaries (the client does) better salaries, especially salaries that are calibrated to regional cost of living, would help improve loyalty (turnover).
