I have been working at Aerotek full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great culture and team with a continous push for results. The highest producer certainly is rewarded. The sense of togetherness is really high in the right situations.

Cons

Depending on what is given or earned by you, it will not matter unless you work at least 50 hours a week. Again the culture is great, but the grind is relentless.
