I worked at Aerotek full-time for more than a year

Pros

good basic training, great people to work with, friendly environment, great benefits

Cons

Lack of compensation for time put in.
Lack of timely reviews and recommendations.
Recruiters have too much admin work.
Sales managers are not held visibly accountable like the recruiters.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Base pay should be competitive to other staffing firms. Have managers listen to their recruiters with an open mind-don't assume that your managers are always right or that they know better.

I worked at Aerotek full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

If you had any pay issues they did correct them right away.

    Cons

They were not always avaiable to talk to when you had work issues, also theysometimes not follow up on qestions or isses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re-think your priorities you have some good people working for you and alot that are not so good. Your clients that work for you should be held to the same level of respect that you want. Not being left out in the cold when called about a position and then no follow up as to wether or not you are going to be interviewed.
