    Pros

This is a contracting company - they offer decent benefits and competitive pay.

    Cons

you only get 5 paid holidays and 8 hours of PTO for every 400 hours of straight time. Contract company - would be nice to be full time head count.

  2. Great temp. worker staff, friendly, courteous, just wish they had better benefits and more organized career paths.

    Pros

The staff that work for Aerotek's temp. worker relations department here at Nintendo have been more than helpful, courteous, and friendly. They've always bent over backwards for me whenever I needed help with something or had a question about anything.

    Cons

You have to take 2 months off, every 9 to 10 months so they can get away with handing out fewer benefits, or something like that. So, benefits aren't super great. Also, there is no real clearly defined career advancement path. Who knows how many contracts you'll have to work before you can climb any sort of ladder. You just have to stand out from the rest of the crowd and not get complacent as everything else is pretty decent and they treat you well.
