“Better opportunity before franchised”
Former Employee – worked at Aerus full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great floor care products, sold themselves. Commissions good.
Cons – Went from corporate atmosphere to sometimes mom and pop type atmosphere. Did not feel as secure under franchise as commissions, benefits, etc. could change quickly especially if franchise struggled (usually due to poor mgmnt)
Advice to Senior Management – Screen/train potential franchise owners more thoroughly...
