Good place to work but highly structured internally

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsWell run company with very clear goals. Lost of flexibility in job and creativity was supported.

ConsThe account manager job is only as effective as the internal operations of the company. Do to cutbacks, at times it became difficult to fulfill the needs of the client. Also, Aetna can be very structured internally and not lend itself to a lot of flexiblity on its programs and offerings.

Advice to Senior ManagementNational accounts needs to be established in a way to offer more flexibility to clients.
