Pros

Wonderful learning opportunity, they provide you will all the tools needed to do you job. Very nice systems to use for daily work. Outstanding benefit package, salary is par other companies pay much for for same job.

Cons

this placing is always expanding into new countries however the layoffs & amount of nurses leaving is beyond the roof.

Advice to Management

treat people like adults & stop micromanaging

    Pros

    Supervisor and team very much cared about my work and development, even though I was only a temporary employee. Ensured that I have all the resources necessary to do the job. Reasonable compensation and flexible with scheduling. Pretty interesting work.

    Cons

    Relatively slow-moving company in a stagnant industry. Some discrepancies in corporate culture. Periodic layoffs. Tend to bring in employees at relatively low salaries and take awhile to bring up to speed.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to what the public is saying, and what line-level employees are saying. It's important what external parties perceive you as.

    Pros

    Opportunities for advancement; caring company; lots of employee resource groups (clubs) and on-site fitness centers. Lots of telecommuting positions.

    Cons

    Insular - lots of internal promotions and not a lot of new blood. Doesn't always reward promotions with pay increases, you can be paid lower than the specified range for your position.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees and pay for performance, not tenure.
