solid company with a plan for the future.

Cons

bureaucratic, slow moving organization. Old, inefficient systems and processes are holding this company back.

Advice to Senior Management

Internal operations needs to be just a leading edge as the products and services offered to members. Duplicative procedures/departments rule the day.
