Aetna Customer Service Provider in Arlington, TX:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Aetna is great company to work for in other areas than customer service. The company has a history of stability. Its a great place to learn about the healthcare insurnce industry.

Cons

The donwside to working for them in there call center, is no room for advancement to other departments or proper mentoring for new employees that are top notch for the customer service industry when they come on board.... Management want you to answer call after call..... The process not allowing you as a customer service provider to take control you of the call and not be rush the client off the phone..(one in dine customer service, proper resolution to challenges that may arise foro the client, especially in the claims billing area).......... The companies training department was one that can use an overhaul....... There were to many gray areas....
