Aetna – “Not a nice place to work, terrible management”

Pros

I suppose if there is no other place to work it would be better than nothing.... or maybe not.

Cons

Lack of fairness in promotions, pay and hiring practices
Severe leadership deficits
People who would rather be "safe" than be right
Pressure to conform
Complete lack of concern for actual provision of healthcare and the members that they "serve"
Vision of healthcare leadership= share price, share price, share price
Did I mention it's a terrible place to work?

I never give advice to those too stupid to listen to it.
