    Pros

    Uhmmm.... well the cafeteria is nice.

    Cons

    No work life balance. Constant layoffs and no job security. Lots of offshoring. Horrible managers that are totally incompetent. Most jobs are high stress and most employees are overworked. The culture is terrible and moral is even worse. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a job

    Do you think making employees pay for parking is a fair policy? If your looking for ways to cut costs, start looking at executive and manager salaries.
