I worked at Aetna full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good company I worked for 10 years layed off in 2008

    Cons

Company shows no loyalty to their laid off employees to hire back even after 10 years, its about their the bottom dollar, rather then hire someone trained in their systems with a good report, their hr recruiters looks at outside experience first instead of a loyal trained person executives need to tell recruiters we care about their layed off employees and their future .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Executive level , tell recruiters your vision. Hire back your loyal layed off employees who made you money you care about us as first priority rather then hiring outside. Its important also create internal job posting logons, not to compete with outside candidates.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
