ProsEnterprise's mission. CEO is a wonderful person. Pay and benefits.

ConsNational Accounts leadership lacks sophistication. Training program is archaic. Sales management team in Chicago are dinosaurs. Resists innovation. Arrogance runs rampant. There is no "team" mentality.

Advice to Senior ManagementEvolve. Innovate. Drop the "back-slapping, boozing, yuck-yuck" ideology of doing business.
